Living Felt has this complete pictorial tutorial on how to Needle Felting a Surface Design. It is such a wonderful idea for dressing up anything. They rescued this knitting bag from a guild auction for $2; to their good fortune, someone thought it wasn’t worth keeping. In this project, they used both needle felting and wet felting techniques. I want to thank Living Felt for sharing their tutorial. You can follow them on Facebook.
