November 18, 2021 by Liza Adams

Felts by Philippa - YouTube

Getting started on your Christmas decorations?  How about something different from the usual snowflakes and nativity themed creations?  Felts by Philippa has been sharing some awesome sheep and cattle inspired makes for a few years now and the video I’m sharing today is for sheep baubles!

Philippa takes you step by step through her creations, helping you out with tips and advice!  She has a number of videos for the beginner including advice on fibre and tools so if you need any further help with getting started check out her other videos!

If you enjoy making these baubles you can move on to another video, she has plenty to choose from with creations like these Llamas:

Or if you want to be able to download a pdf and work from that you can head over to her Etsy store for 8 different tutorials including some fab business advice for those wanting to head to the markets with their felted wares!

I highly recommend her channel to anyone starting out or if you have been having problems as you’ve been teaching yourself.  There’s nothing like seeing needle felting first hand, all the written advice in the world still can’t beat that! 🙂

I’m sure you’ll love Felts by Philippa

Happy Felting
